There are a several choices online for your custom printing needs, but I was really surprised that VistaPrint had been left off this list. I’ve played with the website some, I was particularly interested in their custom t-shirts. I think their prices stack up pretty well with the other major players on this list, and they use Haynes 100% cotton preshrunk t-shirts. Please note that they do have a one time logo upload fee if you design your own logo instead of using their automated logo design service, so this might not be the best choice for very small runs. Still, make sure to check out the site and look around at the free products section, I may have to get some business cards from them for a new project that I’m working on!
