The best internet security software is a fairly broad topic, and one thing that I noticed missing on this poll was software that could help you track what’s been happening on your computer.  Most of these entries are firewalls, anitvirus, antispam, and antiphishing and these aspects of internet security are all very important, but none of them are gear to help you discover if someone in your house is acting inappropriately on the internet.  For this type of internet safety you need software like Check My PC that can help you protect children online by giving you a report of sites that you should know that they are visiting.  This is an interesting technology that can be very useful for parents, saving them the trouble of sifting through internet histories and online activites by creating a report of the items they should know about.  The only problem with this is that it could be considered a huge invasion of privacy so you’ll have to decide if that’s worth the knowledge you’ll gain and if you should tell the computer users that a monitoring program is installed.

Today we have a poll of the The Top Dating and Rating sites on the internet, I noticed one missing site and have added Crush or Flush to the list.  If you’re in the dating market or just looking to meet people then Crush or Flush is certainly a site that you should check out!  You can safely rate, interact, and if you want - meet people in person.  It’s easy to use and it’s easy to find people of your age in your area, you can even access the site on your cell phone!

I recently came across a great site for men’s tuxedos, MensTuxedo.net. They have have some great advice when it comes to tuxes. They really recommend the timeless Black Tuxedo as the way to go and suggest that owning your own Tuxedo instead of renting. MensTuxedos.net also has some great advice on picking other types of formal wear and dinner jackets. With that high praise of the black tux, I wondered what are the WORST tux colors?  Cast your vote!

College football season is upon us! Rank your favorite college football dynasty!

There are a several choices online for your custom printing needs, but I was really surprised that VistaPrint had been left off this list. I’ve played with the website some, I was particularly interested in their custom t-shirts. I think their prices stack up pretty well with the other major players on this list, and they use Haynes 100% cotton preshrunk t-shirts. Please note that they do have a one time logo upload fee if you design your own logo instead of using their automated logo design service, so this might not be the best choice for very small runs. Still, make sure to check out the site and look around at the free products section, I may have to get some business cards from them for a new project that I’m working on! I was checking Google Trends and there where a lot of searches on Billy Crystal’s death. Now I’m hoping this isn’t true and I couldn’t find any info on it. Turns out he might be trying to get Conan’s spot when Conan moves to take over for Leno, which led me to this poll. It’s time we delve into software. I agree with most of the items on this list. I love the GIMP but the slow load time really should push it further down the list as a viewer.

I think I’ll keep coming back to this one and maybe the best book series. It makes an interesting poll and I’m always looking for good reading material. My cube neighbor has a very energetic synthesized ring on his phone right now, after much discussion we decided that it would be right at home on an 80’s Game Show. The best suggestion so far is Card Shark, which I’m surprised is in the top 50 here. Rank the Top TV Game Shows Ever!
